Why is there no sound going to the mixer?

1. Make sure your sound isn't muted

2. Make sure you are outputting to Headphones

   1. Click on the speaker icon and see if it says Headphones (USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone ...)

   2. If not, click on name above the volume bar

   3. Locate Headphones (USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone ...) in the list and click on it (you might have to scroll to find it)

Why are the foyer TV's not displaying the live feed?

1. Click on Screens in the menu bar and select Configure Screens... or Ctrl+Alt+1

2. Click on Live as and make sure the output is set to HDMI(or which ever display name is set for the foyer TV's)

Why can't I see my new display in ProPresenter?

Close ProPresenter and re-open it. You should be able to see it now.
