Unformatted Lyrics

This will help you format the slides if the lyrics were not formatted before being imported or you are formatting old slides.

1. Remove duplicate slides

Organize the remaining slides by section. Typically the first verse would typically come before the chorus, and the second verse after the chorus. Reference online lyrics to see the structure.

2. Break up slides into two lines per slide

You can reference online performances to see where you can break up slides

3. Group slides by section

  1. Right click on the first slide

  2. Hover on Group

  3. In the popup menu choose the group that applies to the first slide, all the slides after will be put into the same group.

  4. Move down the line and apply a group to the first slide in a section (chorus, bride, verse 2)
